12/30/12 Sunday 80m Net Tonight and Some More Info
Hello everyone,
I just wanted to send out a quick note of recent TAPRN activity.
1. Concerning TAPRN 80m Voice, for the past two Sunday’s we’ve had a Net around the 3.818 area (due to lots of traffic, it’s not easy, but we’ve been finding spaces nearby), and tonight we’ll be back on, God willing, at 9pm EST.
Two weeks ago, we talked about basic medical while out in the woods, and even got into a little discussion about suturing, and more importantly, when not to suture.
Last week, we had a good discussion about food storage.
For tonight or the future, if you have any topic ideas, feel free to post it in the comment section.
2. Concerning TAPRN Digital WINMOR BBS, on 12/28 a bulletin was posted to those who are registered on the TAPRN BBS, so if you haven’t connected since then to your respective HA (home address) node, please do so.
If anyone is interested in being Voice Net Control once or twice a month, or even just trying it out one Sunday night to see if you’d be interested in it, let me know.
